## What happens to answers entered in a tool

The tools do not ask for a name, email, phone number, claim number, or uploaded record. Their inputs are kept in page memory and are not written to browser storage or the URL. The tool pages do not load Leadferno, analytics tags, or other third-party scripts. Reset clears the entered values.





## What happens when you ask GJEL to contact you

Other pages offer optional Leadferno messaging. Leadferno loads from its own servers and may receive technical details such as IP address, browser information, and page URL. If you send a message, Leadferno and GJEL receive the details you submit. Ordinary Cloudflare page requests also involve technical information needed to serve and protect the site. Leadferno’s privacy policy also describes cookies and recognition across websites that use its Leadbox. Review that policy before choosing to send a message.
